Thank you for putting your trust in The Green Mercantile. It is our goal to make your purchase experience second to none. In order to serve you, we are available by phone Mon-Saturday during our normal business hours at (218) 722-1771. We are also available via email at sales@greenmercantile.com.

Our goal is to make your on-line purchase experience second to none. Please contact us with any concerns or questions you may have.

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders place on our website, www.greenmercantile.com

Orders are placed in a first in, first out fashion. Orders for products in limited quantity will be filled in the order received. Most in-stock and verified orders will ship the same day as the order is placed on our website if the order is placed Monday - Friday prior to 3:00 p.m. CT.

The Green Mercantile takes the security of your contact information and your credit cards very seriously. The Green Mercantile does not sell, lease or otherwise provide your contact or personal information to third parties, other than the purpose of fulfillment and support of your order placed at www.greenmercantile.com.

The Green Mercantile does not charge your credit card until the order is ready to ship. Orders placed on line follow the simple procedures outlined below.

  1. Order is placed and verified on www.greenmercantile.com
  2. You will receive an email notification of order placed with www.greenmercantile.com.
  3. Credit card billing address is verified. If billing address is incorrect or unverifiable, the order will be placed on hold until such time that verification can take place.
  4. Order is prepared for shipping.
  5. Once order is prepped for shipping, credit card is authorized. Upon failure to authorize, the order will be placed on hold until such time as an authorization is successful.
  6. On successful processing, order is shipped to the shipping address provided with the order. You will receive notification that your package was shipped.

If you receive and order that is incomplete, incorrect or damaged, you have 3 days to notify The Green Mercantile of the issue, either by calling (218) 722-1771 or emailing sales@greenmercantile.com.

The Green Mercantile reserves the right to first provide a like exchange for order resolution.

Sales Tax
Orders placed within Minnesota are subject to a 6.5% sales tax as pursuant to Minnesota Department of Revenue standards.

For all orders shipped outside of the United States, any Duties, Taxes, and/or Brokerage Fees are the responsibility of the billed to party and where applicable, may be paid at the time of delivery or will be billed by The Green Mercantile after delivery.

All refused deliveries are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Returns

The Green Mercantile hopes that all customers will be satisfied with their purchase. In the unlikely case that this is not so, we allow a refund of most items within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping for returned product is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are not able to offer refunds on display items, clearance items, special order items, or on any consumable products.
